Terms

These terms apply to every script and every other digital product sold in the Goliath Scripts store. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who acts as the merchant of record and reseller. The terms of Tebex apply in addition to these terms.

1. License

With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on FiveM servers that you own or operate. The license is tied to the Cfx.re account used for the purchase.

2. Escrow scripts

Escrow scripts are protected by the Cfx.re asset escrow and only run on servers whose license key belongs to the purchasing account. Files marked as editable (for example config, locales, bridges and editable files) may be changed for your own use.

3. Open scripts

Open scripts include the full source code. You may change the code for use on your own servers. The license does not grant ownership of the code.

4. What is not allowed

• Sharing, reselling, renting, sublicensing or publishing a product or parts of it, changed or unchanged.
• Uploading a product to leak sites, public repositories or other stores.
• Removing or bypassing the escrow protection or license checks.
• Using a product or parts of it as the base for a product you sell or give away.

A breach of these rules ends the license immediately and may lead to the asset being revoked from your Keymaster.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally through the Cfx.re Keymaster immediately after payment. Free products are delivered the same way.

6. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If a product does not work as described, contact us on Discord and we will work with you on a solution. Chargebacks without prior contact lead to the license being revoked.

7. Updates and support

We provide updates and support for as long as a product is actively maintained. We may change, improve or discontinue a product. Already delivered versions keep working under your license.

8. Liability

Products are provided as they are. We are not liable for damage or data loss caused by using a product on your server, as far as the law allows. Please test every product on a test server before using it live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published in the store at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
